Appellation: D.O.P. Sannio. Colour: White. Variety: Trebbiano, malvasia, falanghina. Production area: Solpaca, terreni piedimontani. Hight: 250/300 m. asl. Land: Soil composed of clay and limestone with emergent grave. Pruning/Cultivation System: Spalier. Production surface: 1.50 hectares. Grape Yeld: 65 hl per hectare. Harvest: Late. Wine making process: Hand picked in boxes with bunches selection. Purely, through soft pressing of grapes, static settling and fermentation at controlled temperature per 15 days. Refinement: In stainless tanks. Alcoholic strength: 13-14% vol. Packaging: Six bottles per box.
PROFILE.
This white wine with a straw-hay and green shines is clear and stiff. It has a deep, floreal , fruity , dry and strong taste of ripe fruit. Pietre Sparse pairs with appetizers, first courses, fish soup, eggs and white meat. Serving temperature 8/10° C.
