Appellation: D.O.P. Sannio. Colour: Red. Variety: Sangiovese, aglianico, piedirosso, sciascinoso. Production area: Solpaca, terreni piedimontani. Hight: 250/300 m. asl. Land: Soil composed of clay and limestone with emergent grave. Pruning/Cultivation System : Spalier. Production surface: 1.50 hectares. Grape Yeld: 65 hl per hectare. Harvest: First ten days of October. Wine making process: hand picked in boxes with bunches selection. Purely, through soft pressing of grapes and soaking at temperature of 20/22°C.. Refinment: In French oak allies barriques, in stainless tanks and bottles. Alcoholic strength: 13-14% vol. Packaging: Six bottles per box.

PROFILE.

This ruby red wine with amaranth shines, clear and smooth, has notes of ripe red fruit and berries. It is dry, warm with soft tannins. Pietre Sparse pairs with red and white meats ,roasts, lasagna and game. Serving temperature  +18-20°C.
