Wine making process: Hand picked. Purely, through soft pressing of grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature per 15 days about. Refinement: In stainless tanks and bottle. PROFILE.
Ciesco della Mirella pairs fantastically with appetizers, first courses, mushrooms and cheese. This white wine with a straw-hay, green and gold shines has a fruity and floral nose. It is dry, tasty, broad and suggests exotic fruit and white melon. Serving temperature 8/10°C.
