From the particular attention devoted to harvest, by hand, over-ripe grapes and from a mashing for over 10 days, we have produced a most suitable for the distillation of vinasse. The refined tecniques adopted and 10 months of aging in oak barrels, the same that have rocked our Aglianico for 2 years, gave birth to a particular brandy. Brandy is soft and smooth with an amber color and a delicate fragrance and surrounding. It resumes the caracter of the grape from which it comes.
