Land: Soil composed of clay and limestone with emergent sandstones.Pruning/Cultivation System: Spalier, radial. Production surface: 0.55 hectares. Grape Yeld: HL 103 per hectare. Harvest: First ten days of October. Wine making process: Hand picked. Purely, through soft pressing of grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature per 15 days about. Refinement: In stainless tanks. Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol. Packaging: Twelve bottles per box.
PROFILE.
Soleil Bianco pairs fantastically with appetizers, first corse, fish soup, eggs and white meat. This white firm wine with a straw-hay and green shines ,has a strong, lingering, floreal, dry and savoury taste of ripe fruit. Serving temperature 8/10°C.
